Kåre Bergh

Kåre Bergh is a specialist of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. He is currently working at Department of Medical Microbiology, St. Olavs University Hospital and is a professor at NTNU. His main interest over the last years is focused on molecular genetic methods and design of molecular assays and application in clinical microbiology. In particular, issues related to infections associated with prosthetic joint surgery, have been a main field of interest.
